If something isn't right, we're here to help. ## Returns We accept return requests within **30 days** of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be: - Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition - With all tags attached - In the original packaging Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted. ## How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at **support@marcusandmei.com** with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns may not be accepted. ## Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **7–10 business days**. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. ## Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order. ## Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at **support@marcusandmei.com** within 48 hours of delivery.
